Alan Anderson

Graduate of Industrial Design, Glasgow School of Art. While a student at the GSA exhibited (and sold) paintings and sculpture at the Royal Glasgow Institute.

Art teacher and Design lecturer in Glasgow.

For 14 years a partner in a Product and Graphic Design consultancy in Glasgow, employed by many national and international companies.

Tutor in Art and Design for Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council.

Part-time tutor in Art and Design for the Workers Educational Association, Strathclyde Regional Council, Argyll and Bute Council, Clydebank College and Argyll College and for 15 years part-time tutor University of Glasgow.

Lives in Argyll and paints in oils, mainly West Highlands and Islands. From 1992 – 2007 solo and mixed exhibitions in various galleries throughout Scotland.
